Information Technology Services (ITS) is dedicated to serving the needs of the total learning environment at Agnes Scott. We have a technology team of bright and enthusiastic individuals committed to providing the best service possible to the campus.
We provide help desk, technical, instructional help and training on a wide variety of platforms and devices. There is also a wide variety of media as well as multimedia facilities and technical services.
Services for Students, Faculty and Staff
Our campus-wide assistance includes network support, software and hardware installation, maintenance and training and administrative systems, telephone, ID card, instructional technology, web and media support. We provide regularly upgraded and refreshed computers for our public, residence hall and departmental laboratories, as well as for faculty and staff. Our fiberoptic backbone to all classroom, administrative offices and residence halls, combined with the latest in switch and hub equipment, provides efficient and reliable network service to the campus community.
We are committed to the integration of technology across campus. Our staff makes every effort to keep abreast of the latest in technological innovation so that we may aid in augmenting, complementing and enhancing the learning experience of our students at Agnes Scott.
